"Don't tell me you know what to do if you aren't doing it. Obviously you aren't doing what you are supposed to be doing and I am letting you know what to do."
"You get three strikes, use them all and don't rely on the umpire to put you on base."
18U Goals: Play hard, have lots of fun and win. I want 110% from every girl when they are on the field. Never ever give up in a game as your opponent will see this and use it to their advantage. When one girl gives up it brings the entire team down. Stay positive and focused the whole game through.
Our Team: Practice makes perfect. We are a team and need to play together as a team, not individuals. Everyone needs to give 110% every time they step on to the field. Walk off the field with your head held high, win or lose.
Our Coach: John has been playing ball since he was 5 years old. When he's telling you something he knows what he's talking about. Listen to what the coaches say and you will become a better player. Ignore them and you will be sitting on the bench.
